The 33rd edition of “Dried Salted Cod Festival” in Sant’Andrea here, will be from the 24th July untill the 2nd August and from the 5th August untill the 11th August.
In the menu we found different dishes based on Dried Salted Cod, in italian “Baccalà” like pasta, filled pasta, tagliatelle, polenta and soups. Grilled, Fried Baccalà and Baccalà salad. Classical Maremma meat dishes are also available like steak, grilled sausages and different side dishes.
